Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, how the Francisquini AI institutional website (https://francisquini.ai) handles personal data, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).

Who is the controller

The data controller is Francisquini AI. For any privacy-related matter, email rodrigo@francisquini.com with the subject “Privacy”.

What data we collect

This site collects the minimum needed to reply to inquiries and understand where our traffic comes from:

1. Data submitted through the form

When you share a bottleneck through the form, we receive the information you enter: email, WhatsApp number, name/company/role, the work or process to assess, and, if selected, the current scenario. We also record the request date and time, language, IP address, and User-Agent. We use this data only to assess fit, reply to your inquiry, prevent abuse, and maintain the records needed for the business relationship.

2. Traffic-source cookie (fai_attr, first-party)

On your first visit we set a first-party cookie named fai_attr (90-day lifetime) that stores how you reached the site: campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), ad click identifiers (Google's gclid, Meta's fbclid), the referring site (referrer), and the landing page. This tells us which marketing channel brings us inquiries. If you message us through the form, these source fields travel with the submission.

3. Optional aggregate measurement

The site only loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) when measurement is enabled in the production configuration. When enabled, it runs with Google's Consent Mode v2 and storage denied by default (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are denied), does not write identifying cookies, and uses IP anonymization. Events never include text entered in the form: we measure only page and section views, CTA clicks, form starts, field completion, attempts, errors and successful submissions, and language toggles.

What we use this data for

• Replying to and qualifying requests submitted through the form and preventing abuse in that channel.
• Understanding traffic source (the fai_attr cookie) and, when enabled, aggregate usage measurement (GA4).

Our legal basis (LGPD) is legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site and in understanding which channels work, always with data minimization; where applicable, consent. We do not use data for individual profiling, advertising targeted at you, or sale.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use AWS as our infrastructure operator for hosting, CDN, form storage, and internal email notifications. When aggregate measurement is enabled, we use Google (Google Analytics 4) as a usage-measurement operator. These providers process data under their contracts and applicable law.

Email links (mailto:rodrigo@francisquini.com) open your email client; you decide whether to send the message.

How long we keep it

The fai_attr attribution cookie expires after 90 days (or sooner, if you clear your browser cookies). Form submissions, including the request metadata described above, are retained while needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain the business relationship, meet legal obligations, or until an applicable deletion request. When GA4 is enabled, its aggregate data follows the retention configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights (LGPD, Article 18)

You may, at any time:

• access your data;
• request correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
• request portability of your data;
• get information about who we share your data with;
• be informed about your right not to consent and what that means;
• withdraw consent previously given;
• object to processing carried out under another legal basis.
